I downloaded the PLD to Crystal Report converter from the SAP website and when I run the application from the unzipped folder, it tells me "Instance of B1 Crystal Converter already exists." ....YET there is nothing onscreen and there was no installation process. Where is it? Is it imbedded in SAP B1 which is already open? If I go to Reports and Layout Manager, I can't find anything that looks like an option to convert an existing PLD to a Crystal report. Does anyone have any screen captures to show that this application actually exists and can anyone indicate how it is used?
