Counting Rule For LOP

my salary calculation is based on 26 days;

custom absent type  for Leave withot pay : 1100.

client requirement is like that ;  if employee is on leave from 1.1.2014 to 15.01.2014 (i.e leave without pay)  this period include two sundays these two sunday should consider as a LOP days . how to configure this scenario please guide me.

Hi Kuldip

For the absences to be counted as Calender days - see that the absence type Unit is set as Calendar days in table V_T554S for your absence type 1100.

Secondly in the counting rule table - T556C select that the days and the public holiday class for them to be included in the counting.

Adding to V singh, the current day conditions all boxes should be checked
