Cannot get questionnaire HTML string SAP CRM 7.0 EHP3

Hello,

We are trying to use questionnaires in Activities and it doesn't work.

This error : Cannot get questionnaire HTML string is shown.

I checked  Note 1600561 - Changes done in values template XSLT not taken into account, but it isn't valid for our release ( EHP3 )

Hi Experts,

We also have the same problem in the Lead.

While try to open the Survey we are getting the Above Error.

Error: “Cannot get questionnaire HTML string”

Here is the Error screen shot.

Can anyone help us?

Please check below sap note which relevant for this error and some manual step suggested -

Note 1006528 is only useful for BBPCRM 501.

Note 1946544 is already implemented but the system's behavoir doesn't change.

Any more ideas?

Please let me know is there any other Note which may fix this issue.

HI,

Please check if the surveys are active. Probably, the surveys are Inactive.

T.code:- crm_survey_suite.

and it is wokring fine in SAP GUI.

Hi,

Please, go to CRM_SURVEY_SUITE, choose your survey->Right click->Survey Attributes and check the PAI that's being called.

Also, make sure that in the tab "Scenarios", all checkboxes are selected.

FM PAI and PBO are standard.

You have to implement the following notes in sequence: 1914885 then  1944288.
Kindly pay close attention to both Automatic Correction  Instructions
and Manual Steps.

I hope you'll solve your problems.

Our system works correctly now.

I'm facing the same issue on EHP2, I implemented the two mentioned notes and generated all versions, but still having the same problem.

thanks for your reply; I have applied the instructions (check flag in Survey setting and apply the notes 1914885 1944288), as described in the blog, but I continue getting the same error "cannot get questionnaire html". Do you have any suggestions?

Solved by applying a missed OSS note: 1817152; even if it impacted on the questionnaire layout (i.e. text boxes are not aligned anymore).

Hi,

We used the questionnaires (questionnaires was displayed and worked) but we faced issues with the display in web UI (only when the questionnaires are linked to an activity/opportunity). The Admin screen for questionnaire works well).

We have implemented the following notes in order to correct this displaying issues :

- 1858059 : Upload the CRM_SVY_GENERATE_BSP_TEMPLATE.ZIP, refresh cash and generate all surveys

And then notes mentioned above

- 1914885 & 1944288 in the relevant order.

But we cannot display anymore the existing surveys (They are active, all scenarios are flagged).

Error message : Cannot get questionnaire HTML string

Any Ideas how to proceed to solve ? (we work on EHP2)

Hello!

You need to re-generate all previous versions of survey in CRM_SURVEY_SUITE.

First of all launch SET_CATSERVER_ABAP method of class CL_SURVEY_CATSERVER.

After that launch transaction CRM_SURVEY_SUITE. Select survey and press CTRL+F6 to see all versions. After that expand tree view and re-generate every version.
