Hello,

I am facing the above issue while I am trying to create Mass Change(BPMP1) request in MDG-S.

going forward just a brief abt our scenario:

1. We have not activated BUPA Business Functions in SFW5.

2. Please find below ABAP dump from ST22

Also if anyone can provide any useful link for the relationship between create mass change request and Mass Change would be really helpful.

I am able to create (Create Mass change request without any error) only getting this error when trying to create through Mass Change option.

Apart from technical issues, there might be data duplication as well hence you are getting the error. Please check the data once.

Thanks for replying,

I have checked the data this change request is getting created when we are using create Change Mass request option, we are facing issue when we are going through Mass Change option.

We we are selecting Mass Change option we are not getting any option to select already created change request and also we are getting a pop up always asking to (create a mass change request) and not for (CREATE or SELECT mass change).

Please provide any inputs on this.

Hi,

Activation of business function MDG_BUPA_1 activates MDG BP data model. Please follow the supplier configuration guide https://websmp207.sap-ag.de/~sapidb/012002523100008897092015E/MDG_Config_Sup_80_SP00.pdf to configure supplier. Dump shows that object is not initialized , check with abaper to know actual error at run time. As the error is generic can't provide particular solution but if you have followed guide properly this dump wont occur.

Thanks for replying Loga,

In supplier configuration guide they have not mentioned that BUPA1 is a mandatory Business function to be activated for Supplier and as per my understanding they are required for activation of Business Function related change requests.

BPMP1 change request is already a part of Supplier BC Set.

As per our technical team the update function is not picking up the entity(BP_CENTRAL)attributes to update the data which the mass change request is carrying.

Can you please provide any inputs on this.

Also do you think activating this Business function will resolve this issue?
