ChaRM: Session timed out at creation of "request for change"

Dear all,

I encountered a situation here. As I click on create an RfC using SM_CRM, no matter if I choose ZMCR or SMCR, there is nothing coming but a "you session is timed out" page. Therefore I can't create RfC at all. I can create SMCG / ZMCG without problem. I also checked application log (SLG1), there is nothing red there.

The transaction types are newly copied and so far the ChaRM central note is implmented. System is 7.1 SP8.

Now I'm clueless at all... Maybe anybody has an idea, where I can check?

      Hi Vivek,

      I don't really think that it is related to the timeout parameter, because other transactions like ZMIN and ZMCG work fine, only ZMCR (or even SMCR) has problem. I think it is related to the transaction customizing itself, but I don't know where to start to check because there is no error message...
