LSO - Links to Files

Hey All,

We have requirement to link LSO Catalogue to files stored in some shared local folder. The files can be ppt, flash or media types ( Non SCROM compliant ) which will be stored in local folder. In LSO catalogue, for hte course types, we have to mention the Local file path name.

When employee logs in in portal, for the course type, he can link on the link and execute the file.

Please let me know if this is possible? Are there any other ways to acheive thes functionality?
