SAP Crystal Reports Enterprise 4.0 - Export to Excel 2010 Issue

When I export a 200,000 rows to 20 columns report from SAP Crystal Reports Enterprise 4.0 to Excel 2010.

A majority of the report is not exported, or random rows are exported.

Last time a tried exporting the report, only 30,000 rows populated.

If anyone knows why this is occuring, your guidance would be much appreciated
