Fail to view the SAP B1 9.0 PL09 dashboard

Hi Experts,

I have installed SAP B1 9.0 PL09 in W2K12 server std edition.

I also have finished to setup the integration framework and dashboard in the general settings.

But when preview the dashboard using demo Db, i.e., SBODemoAU, the dashboard displays nothing. All of free dashboards available have no result.

Please kindly provide me a solution for this problem. Thank you
