Consolidate report


Hi Gurus,

My client has two business areas in Maharashtra at branch wise,

Business Area at branch level. In Maharashtra he as two braches. he wants branch wise report as well state wise report.

can we two business areas into one consolidate business area?

Please help

    You can consolidate using report painter that is one option which you can suggest.

    Ashok,

    You can have Business Area Consolidation by:

    OCC1 Consolidation Division

    OCC2 Assignment to Consolidation Division

    OCC3 Global Division

      Hi Mustafa,

      Thank you for your reply.

      Business Area As Is:

      State "A" has two BA(1000&2000)

      State "B" has two Ba(1200&1400)

      Now My client wants State wise consolidated Business Area for reporting purpose.

      Please help on consolidated configuration steps and reporting.

    Hi,

    If you configure as Branch = Bus Area then you can able to get report using f.08 transaction.

    here you need to give

    Chart of Account of your company.

    Company Code

    Fiscal Year

    Business Area : Required Area according to Reporting.

    and last Reporting period.
