Client based GWI - GWIPROFILE: How to set LastDays to "tomorrow"?

Former Member

Hi experts,

I have a question regarding the settings in the GWI profile in the backend -> Transaction GWIPROFILE

Is it possible to set the start date of the synchronization timeframe (parameter LastDays) to tomorrow?

In the technical documentation is written:

Parameter LastDays: The number of days/weeks/months (depending on the value of the parameter “From”) in the past for which appointments and tasks are synchronized.

That means, if I put in "0" it is today. From the logical point of view I have to put in "-1", but this is not allowed. Error message: "Enter only numeric value for property LASTDAYS" will appear. (message class: CRM_XML_GW_SYNC; no: 026)

In the WebUI it is possible to select "tomorrow" in the calendar and save the settings.

But in our case both fields LastDays and NextDays are not modifiable in the client.

Does anybody have an idea?

Thanks and Best Regards,

Anne

Hello Anne

The earliest day that can be synchronised is todays date.
It’s unfortunately not possible to set a start date in the future.
The range will before today’s date to a duration in the past, and today’s date to a duration in the future.

The following WIKI contains detailed information.

I hope this is of assistance.
Kind regards.
