PO has a header release, but you have probably item characteristics in your strategy.

Please search the forum, this is frequently discussed and does not need to be discussed again.

Further this question is no more related to the subject.

Hi,

Experts suggested options- you can go for it but you are confusing yourself with your imaginary magic values!

Do not design any release procedure in your system with your own concept mingling with own magic values.1st discuss with business, get requirement and finalize your requirement by designing release matrix. 2ndly Based on release matrix only, go for configuration of release procedure in your system

why is there no space?

<2000000.00

can you enter it this way:

< 2000000.00

Do not enter the decimals yourself, let SAP do it.

Hi,

You have lower value 10,00000 and higher value 50,00000.

Go for following values

<=10,00000.00
10,00000.01 - 20,00000.00
20,00000.01 - 50,00000.00
>50,00000.00

My Condition is

1 : <=100000

2 : >100000 - <=500000

3 : >500000 -<= 1000000
4 : >1000000 -<=2000000

5 : >2000000 -<=5000000

6 : >5000000

up to 3 condition is working ,when i am giving 4 and 5th it is not working it is direct goes to 5th one

I have no issue while entering the values as you can see, I even have 2 decimals (Germany uses the comma as separator)

How is your characteristic defined?

did you allow intervals? did you allow multiple values? how long is the field? is it a character field or currency or what?

did you type the currency yourself?

this is not a good idea, SAP can handle this by itself.

SAP will skip the currency display in the last case, but the value can certainly be entered (even the whole ensemble of values does not make much sense to me)

No i am not maintaining Currency my self ,system is taking itself

i am trying to give condition like u but it is not working

For EX:

>1000000-2000000      (Condition for up to 20 lkh)

>2000000-5000000      (Condition for up to 50 lkh)

As you can see it works well for me. by the way, the < sign does not have a space to the 2000000 in your case.

Check the  first OSS note mentioned by

It cross the limit of entered data...

Check once this way...

Remove the one 0 From 1000000.

Then press enter...

You can see system will the value, then try to add a 0 in 100000.

You can't add the 0,

As you can see in Jurgen Sir's reply, you can see the USD is not appear in last column...But in INR, you can see the INR is appeared in this field...

How can the USD is not appeared in Jurgen Sir's screen shot ?

Absolutely identical settings, and it works for me in INR  currency too:

SAP automatically skips the currency if the field become too small to show it. In AUSP table the currency is not stored anyway, just the value, the currency is taken from the characteristic
