Data is not displaying correctly

Hi All,

         we developed a report on SAP BW as source. in report we have customer, product, destination and key figures.when i preview the report i am getting only not assigned customer values, we don't have any filters in report. when click the browse data for that field i am getting all customers.to test the query i created one test report with all dimesions and one key figure  first i got the same issue. next i removed the key figure then i got all customers.

is there any relation with key figure and is there any issue at report level or backend(BW) level?

if any one know the solution please help me.

Hi Ramana,

Data is always displayed for particular keyfigures and not characteristics. Kindly check if the data is present in the backend cube for the keyfigure used in the report.

This issue related at the backend level..And finally, i suggested, verify the Key Figures. How is it defined in the BEx Query. Is it a Calculated Key Figures, a Restricted Key Figures, what is the display options selected in the BEx Queries,...

Can u check the query for BEx analyzer level..u got correct data for all customers..

there is no data in all key figure for all customers expect not assigned. may be that is the issue i think.
