SAP C4C - Change contact from an account to another with no Phone/email deletion

We manage a Contact with following fields: Business Address, Phone, Mobile and E-mail.

In our business context, sometimes we need to change a Contact from an Account A to Account B (A & B are branches from the same Company). In this case, the end user will change it manually in the Contact detail page. However, this action will delete all values in the fields mentioned above. For Business Address, this is logical, but we don’t quite understand why the phone number or the e-mail address is also being deleted.

Is there any way to keep these values while changing the Account for a Contact? By the way, we didn’t find fields/facet to manage the personal address for the Contact, and regarding that we are already interfaced with ECC, we cannot use that anyway.
