400 Session Not Found-Failed to process the request: Request refers to an unknown session

Hi Experts,

We have portal version 7.2 SP8 and & 7.01 SP:150743

and we implemented FPN in both portal 7.2 is procedure portal and 7.0 is consumer portal .

all End users logged in 7.0 portal .

Now we are getting 400 session not found error once we click on applications like System administrator, Content Admin and NWA and custom java applications.

Could you please help on this ASAP.
