How to extend license for HANA express > 32GB?

Dear community,

We're currently experimenting with HANA Express. HANA Express is free up to 32GB and may be extended up to 128 GB for a fee.

According to the FAQ for SAP HANA Express (http://www.sap.com/documents/2016/09/88baee6d-897c-0010-82c7-eda71af511fa.html) "Extension License for additional Memory" may be downloaded and installed from SAP Store. Unfortunately I can't find that extension license on SAP store. I contacted Partner Management and also SAP Store, however neither of them could help me.

Can anybody provide me with information on cost of the extension license for additional memory and/or telle me how to get it?
