SAP BI 7.3 - Real time reporting

Hi Experts,

I am new to BW,Currently we are on SAP BI 7.3.

Can you please update me capabilities of real time reporting.

How to develop BW objects (Report,Cube,data source...etc) so that i can report on real time data in ECC
