Attaching an email object to a servicet ticket document flow

Hello,

I have service ticket object and an e-mail object.

The number of the service ticket is 10000789 and the number of the e-mail object is RAW30000000000840.

Now I want to attach the e-mail object to the service ticket via the document flow of the service ticket.

How can I create a new entry in the doc flow of the service ticket via coding.

The intention is that when users open the service ticket they can navigate to the e-mail object via the document flow of the service ticket.

The document flow entry is also evidence that an e-mail was sent.
