Hi pros,
Is it possible to work in C4C offline mode during tennant upgrade and maintance?
Is offline still available if data synchronisation was performed before hand?

In addition to what is already updated in Thread in relevance to upgrade ,please note that the offline functionality is more directed to support customers to address their needs more in aspects where there demands a work situation even when there is no connection to the Cloud (Which is No network)
Examples of such Business cases would be like Creation of Visits , Accounts , Contacts, appointments etc.. which are more precisely done in a Field Service environment , where we cannot expect a network always in the location.
So , Due to the nature of the cloud architecture there are limitations on what you can do while working offline
