Month that transaction relates to compared with posting date

Is there a report in SAP which allows you to post the month that a transaction actually relates to rather than the document date or posting date. For example if a bill was posted in February but relates to December is there a report where you can add the month of the bill. I know you can use the document date for this but if you uploaded a large document with different months this would not work. I currently download the transactions into a spreadsheet and manually write down the related month - this is very tedious. Any advice would be much appreciated. Thanks
