BO tool for huge data

Hi

Whenever we have huge data in source which BO tool is best to get the report faster..

I am experiencing issue is webi where the response time is very slow..It takes around 45 sec to retrieve data.

What are the other options? Any hints please let me know..

Hi Pallavi,

We have break this down little bit more.

You can follow some pointers and see why it is taking so much time.

1) Copy the SQL generated from Webi itself and directly execute it against the DB and check how much time is spent.

2) You can try to run the test from Webi Richclient and Webi from BI Launchpad.

3) Check if you can use index query and see if query is optimized or not.

You can also compare the behavior between different SAP BOBJ versions.
