Dear RE experts.
My client want to see the cost centers in periodic postings. When I run the postings and click the documents if we scroll to right side of the screen. There they want to see the cost centers. How to drive my requirement.
Secondly I need to see posted periodic posting - like any reports/program where I can see.
Looking forward to hearing from RE gurus.
Regards,
Suresh
Hi Suresh,
Kindly use CO settlement rule in Contract and settle the amount posted to that particular contract.
Else if you have one more way to do so that is use Distribution posting.
In Condition,Go to Distribution tab.
Select Formula as D (Object)
Enter the object by selecting Cost Center.
Save the contract and post it by using Integrated Posting in RERAPP.
Also in Config,
Go to Contract, then Objects then Permitted Objects per Contract Type.
Select your Contract type and select Assignment Object Type as Cost Center and also checkbox on Distribution Assignment Permitted.
Hope it could resolve your issue.
Regards,
Siddharth

Hi Suresh
For posted periodic posting , report on cash flow REISCDCF , on display field , choose actual items , then specify the due date that you want to display.

Hi,
If there is no distribution and cost centre rule is not maintained, then the best way to populate costcentre is by using substituion.
Go to GGB1 transaction:
Under Cost Accounting-> Craete a substitution
Prerequisite:
COBL-BUKRS = '1234' AND COBL-GSBER = 'XYZ' AND
COBL-SAKNR = '123456' AND SYST-TCODE = 'RERAPP'
Substitution:
Cost Center Constant value ABCDXYZ123
To complete the above process, take help of FI consultant.
Thanks and Regards,
Chandra
