Unable to log in to EPM Client

Hi Experts,

We are facing some issues when we tried to log in to EPM client. It was working fine previously. We did tried to run program "UJA_REFRESH_DIM_CACHE" by checking every selections but it is still having the same issue.

Appreciate if anyone can help.
