Hello all,
I have created a new class of maintenance orders (ZP51) and I already have created maintenance orders so far without problems using this new order class (ZP51), but i have one problem, the problema is that the new order type does not allow me to enter the person responsible, contrary to the order type (ZP11) which allows me to enter the person responsable successfully, see picture below:
T-CODE IW31:
I have tried to activate this field in the customizing t-CODE SPRO, But I can not find a solution.
How I can activate the person responsible field for T-CODE IW31 ?
Thanks a lot for your time.
Hello, Maheswaran.
Yes, but always shows me the error that I showed above and does not save changes.
1.Partner determination assignment to order type for which you could assign Person responsible in order.
2. Partner determination assignment to order type for which you could not assign Person responsible in order.

Check whether you have assigned that "ZT" to any order type. Also, its just information message, you can skip that.
Also, you have the option to remove custom defined Partner determination procedure from all your order types with removing assigned partner functions & you can do it again freshly which will give better idea.
Refer below document. Its advisable to do it from initial.
HI.
I change the type of Partner to 'PE' because it is a validation code in ABAP. I could update "Assign Partner Determination Procedure to Order" on "ZP51" class, and then upgrade again to the Partner "LI" because this is correct. in this field do not want "personal payroll" but suppliers.
Anyone know of SAP note to correct this detail because really confused. ?
Thank you all.
Edwin, hi
sugestion for you
For their test, the field will appear in the order, first use standard settings, use:
Configuration: Assign Partner determin Procedure to Order
Use: Order type: ZP51
Partner schema: PM
Function of Order: VW
Spec search: mark
Create an order and you will see the desired field.
PS: If when you open the configuration errors in other types of order, place the standard too, to pass the error.
After you study the best configuration made to partner.

Hi, Edwin.
You opened the discussion to the order type ZP51 (How get active person responsible field in T-CODE IW31? Module (PM) ). But you can clearly see that you have a problem, in this configuration with other types of order (ZP10). The system is giving the message until you resolve this problem, will not let you make any changes on this screen.
So what is wrong for me, and that the order type ZP10, you're putting on the field: Spl.crtn func (Partner Function of Capacity Requirements Records) can not be ZU. Because you set LI, for ZU.
Remove ZU this field, and try to save, think it will work. If you give errors in other types of order, remove ZU the field I told you above
The second question is because you set LI, for this? I also think that the ZW can not be LI too.
Within the order, you want the field to be responsible for what? users, people, right? then the functions of partners must be of type US or PE (depends what you want)
You'll have to configure partner functions with the correct types, and then configure correctly by order type
My opinion, remove ZU and ZW. create another only (why two?) not to be confused with ZU and ZW ..
If this environment is a test environment, do as I told you place the standard configuration (PM / VW / VW) in all order types that is in error, just so you understand and solve your first problem, which opened the discussion (How get active person responsible field in T-CODE IW31? Module (PM) )
.

Hi Edwin,
Under below configuration path in field ‘Partner Function of Order Header’ set VW - Person respons. for order type you have just configured.
Plant Maintenance and Customer Service -> Maintenance and Service Processing -> Maintenance and Service Orders -> Partner -> Define Partner Determination Procedure and Partner Function -> Assign Partner Determination Procedure to Order

Grzegorz
