Need Suggestion On Choice Of Container

Hi All,

I need to develop a dual selection box wherein items in the left box can be selected and they go to right box.

What container should i use to create the left and right boxes which will contain items in the form of a list or a grid or tree.

Should I create Panels? But I do not want the headings for my boxes...

Please help..
