SAP BO 4.0 Open Document URL error

hello ,

I am facing one issue regarding open document url for SAP BO 4.0

I have one parameter which i am passing from browser to open document URL . for ex : day : "At data - today" where day is my parameter name and At data-today is my parameter value . now when it is getting passed to open document Url is getting encoded as At+data+%E2%80%93+today which the open document interprets as At data – today and not as At data - today.

for - the ascii is %97 , so my question is how shall i pass the open document ascii encode to At+data+%20%97%20+today so that i will get At data - today as output.

kindly help me in order to fix the issue as in how shall i make the open document understand this.
