Error in Subcontracting Challan Reconciliation

Hi Expert,

While i am reconcile the subcontracting challan through J1IFQ i am getting an error that " Material Document XXXXXX 2014 is allocated a challan during GR "

Please note that here material document is GRN number 101.

Please suggest me how i will solve this problem.

Please follow the forum rules.

There are many threads available in SCN and in the web on the same subject.

Just search using the above error message and see if you can find an answer.

I have check few threads but still not able to find answer of my query.

I have found one observation that the same excise number is there with DLFC and 57FC,

DLFC with the status C and 57FC with status P, but system is referring the one with status C,

Ithink it is a system bug.

Please suggest.
