Hey Experts,
I figured out two problems in SAP E-recruitment .
1 . We have created few support groups via E-rec Admin role with group as RECRUITER . Those Support groups need to appear at MSS Requsition Form . Accidently one of the support group was deleted from Create Support Group Page . But that Support Group is still available at MSS Requisition Form Field . How can i Delete that Support Group from MSS form . What is the source of picking data of MSS form .
2 . Recruiter Page- > Candidate Search .
Here there are few templates like Candidate Basic Data, Candidate Work Experience, Education, Talent Group and Candidate Questionaires. When we chose Candidate Questionnaires, there is no value in the Drop Down for ADDITIONAL CRITERIAN . It remains blank . Why Candidate Questionnaire is appearing blank weather others are having values . I checked configuration of Search Profiles and Search Templates .
What I figured out is : Define Search Element ------> Candidate_Questionnaire, Fields are empty .
OTR Field name is empty, Info category is empty, field is empty, Class and its field are empty .
What values should be there ???
I really need to get solution of both ASAP . Waitng for solution .
