To add New Router and PR line in SAP BCM CDT Screen

Hi,

I am new to SAP BCM , We have SAP BCM system and it is working fine for service provider A, Now we have added one more service provider which is using different router and different PR line than that of service provider A, so to enable call should go to second service provider number, where do I maintain configuration?

I have added IP address of second service provider in Trunks (CDT), but it is not working

Hey,

The steps are:
1. Add the new trunk to SC - Call Switching - Trunks
2. Tell the system to use this new trunk SC - Switching Routes - select your 'all calls out' route - Destinations tab - Add newly added gateway to the list - click save button.

After this change system uses both trunks and it depends on settings how the load is shared.
