Hi Friends,

Few Master data steps in process chains are failing at PSA load due to the below reason. We recently done ECC upgrade, is this the reason for failure, but most of the chains are running fine.

Extraction (messages): Errors occurred

Error occurred in the data selection

Transfer (IDocs and TRFC): Errors occurred

Request IDoc : Application document not posted

Please help me to resolve the issue

Thanks in advance

HI Santhosh,

IT might the issue with data that you want to send and in BD87 and check the detailed error description for your idoc and also see data selections, and also follow the suggestions of Rama and vinod.

Hi Ram,

If I delete existing init and re run init today, will it bring the delta records whihc were failing for past 3 days  as well. I assume if I re run init,  the initialisation will be set for today's date and it will bring delta records from todays date. what about delta records which were failing from past three days.

Thanks in advance

Hi,

Since it is master data, just do a full load and set your delta init.

Thank-You.

In ECC check your job log in sm37 it is completed or not.

In SM58 check for TRFCs.If there are any TRFCs ask basis guy to clear them.
Execute them manually by copying your TID from job log and find it -> select -> Execute LUW.

I can guess the delta initilization has been broken and hence data load is failing.

In RSA1, try to open that IP and then go to Schedular tab under which Delete initialization.

Now again run teh initilization to set the delta, then for testing again run delta.

Thank-You.

Hi,

to know clear error details please check your ecc job log details of your info pack.

go to your info pack monitor--> menu environment -->job overview---> job in the source system--> enter ecc user id and password. you will get your ecc job, select job and click on log details. see the exact error details.

Mean while check your info pack selections if your passing any.

Thanks

Hi Ram,

I'm not passing any info pack selection. The ecc job overview is directing to same monitor screen.

is it delta load? then as suggested by vinod, delete your init and re run reinit.

info pack--> Menu scheduler--> init. options for source system.

Thanks

Hello Santhosh,

You need to copy you request name from this monitor. Suppose its REQU_abcd.

Goto your R/3 system and open SM37 there.

Put * in user name & *REQQ_abcd* in search parameter and run it for that day you got the load failed in BW. I think this job is getting cancelled in source system (R/3) itself. If yes, check the logs to know what is reason..this will help you to check for the required solution.

Best Regards,

Arpit

Hi,

With help of source team need to find the records which are created or changed last 3 days.

once you got those missed records, need to load them into bw by using repair full request with proper selections.

Thanks
