Hello, Our company are required to send to all customers a letter confirming their customer specific pricing and validity period. This letter has to be sent each time there is a change of customer specific prices. We only know how to do this using a mail merge, which is not pretty when there are many conditions involved. The process is very manual. Is there a standard SAP functionality that can generate these letters, each time these is a change?
Unfortunately, we had similar requirements (once a quarter in our case regardless of any changes to conditions) and ended up building a custom program to do this.
