How to update dynamic attributes in Loyalty Management

Hello,

I want to update a dynamic attribute as a function of the same dynamic attribute (Total flights = Total flights + 1).

The issue I am facing is that dynamic attribute is not available in list of variables for selections while maintaining the function for the attribute:

As in the picture, I select the update attribute action and select the attribute and click on the formula to enter the formula. Now, under the list of variables, I need the same dynamic attribute for entering the valid formula.

Am I missing any configuration steps? Please help.

Silly Question, but is it not visible on Page 2 of the list of variables.

It really should be there by default.

What version of CRM and Enhancement Pack are you running?

The DA is not on the page 2 also.

We are on CRM 7 EHP1.

Hello Arden,

This is strange, but when I logged in today, I found the DA in the variable list. Not sure what caused this issue. I had decided to give it another chance by using one more attribute, so I added one more attribute to my program and then when I checked the RR, both attributes were available in the Formula screen.

I guess that would be SAP CRM having one of it's little moments.
