No Products were Found - Error in ISA B2B

Hi,

I have configured b2b shop using xcm and when i tried to login it asks for "select a shop" and once i select a shop it asks for "select a sold to party" and once its selected i'm able to enter into webshop. There, i am not able to see any products but the info like "create a new order" or "create a new order template" etc is visible but when i click on the product catalog it says "<b>No products were found</b>". I have created product catalog in crm and successfully replicated them to TREX. I can see the indexes in TREX.

Any help will be really appreciated.

Hi Sridhar

Check the product catalog setting.

Is it assign to sold-to-party that you choose ?

Also try to restart the TREX.

Is it your first setting of TREX ?

Or your system already running well. But now, you have any problem with Product catalog.

Thanks for the replies.

We did the following:

1.Activated Product catalaog at all levels

2.Checked SSR. Found indexes being formed in TREX from CRM

3.Restarted TREX

None of the above seem to fix the problem.

This is our first setting of TREX !!

Hi Sridhar,

Have u managed to fix the problem. I have had a similar problem and am stuck with it. All what is mentioned on this thread has been done several times, but yet i an not able to see the products in the shop.

you can try by activating all the products in the catalog and then once again replicate them to trex, if you are through let me know
