Migo - control based on doc date and posting date

Hi Gurus

We want a control in Migo based on document date and posting date. The secenario is given below

Plant engineers create a maintenance order and reserve a materail for issue from a particular

storage location. The material should be consumed on the same date of reservation. Henc

While doing migo , issue against reservation we need a validation for issuing the material based

on the the posting date and document date matching. If there is difference between the document

date and the posting date, the user should not be permitted to execute the transaction

eg: 1

Reservation no : 1976157

MIgo ; Issue against reservation : doc date :17.02.2014

posting date : 17.20.2014

The users should be allowed to execute the transaction

eg:2

Reservation no : 1976158

migo : Issue against reservation : doc date : 17.02.2014

posting date : 18.02.2014

The users should not be allowed to execute the transaction

Pls let me know if there is any standard method to control or should I seek abaper's help to do this.
