REGARDING INSPECTION LOT

Dear Guru's,

I am facing a issue for 1 inspection lot.  Can you plz help me out for below issue.

I have a inspection lot say XXXXXXXX and having status " PAOR REL  CALC SPRQ". But system is not allowing to do the UD because UD already has been made and stock posting completed. (inspection type we are using is 08 - stock transfer)

But quantity is still in Quality inspection stock.

How can i move this stock to Unrestricted from Quality.... It is not possible to move through 321 manually.

Go to UD screen, click on Tab 'Inspection lot stock' and enter the quantity in Unrestricted use and save.

Hi Nitin,

In UD screen, we can see UD made & stock posting completed to unrestricted stock.

But stock is still in Quality inspection stock.

If we check in MB51, 321 has not done till.

If anyother idea??? Status is "PAOR REL  CALC SPRQ"   PAOR - Inspection Completion without confirm.

Check QAC2 for that inspection lot whether its allowing quantity posting or not.

As per the Inspection Lot status SPRQ, stock posting has not been completed yet.

OR there may be some inconsistency in Inspection lot status.

Please check the Stock posting log for this inspection lot to check if the posting actually happened or not.

I have to post to same storage location.  So i am not changing the Storage location in QAC2. 

while saving the qac2, I am getting the following message: -

"The plant and storage location were not changed. You do not need to save."

It denotes the Material doc number. Check this in MB51.

I could not able find out this Material document number through MIGO, display.....

Normally we are using 10 digit material document number.  It is only 9 digits..... And only 101 movement has happened for this batch.  321 is not there in MB51.
