Create new DB, system query is blank

Hi!

I use SAP 9.0 PL4, SAP allow create new DB with 3 option:

1. NEW

2. NEW FROM PACKAGE

3. NEW USING WINZARD

I do testing  with 3 option, creating DB is sucessful but any way the system query is blank. I don't know why..
