HTML Mashup And CORS

269 Views

Hi Everybody,

I'm trying to configure an HTML Mashup, and i'm consistently running into issues with CORS.

That being said, i don't understand where i'd resolve them - the code i'm using works perfectly fine in Chrome, Firefox, and IE when i test it in-browser.

It is as follows (i've simplified it as much as possible, i'm not even using a port binding)

<html>

<img src="https://maps.googleapis.com/maps/api/staticmap?key=AIzaSyCaqsgYzheyTE5pxGhhPZhSHUbN1f2FobY&sensor=false&size=600x600&zoom=14&center=3999+W+Chester+Pike+Newtown+Square,+PA+19073"/>

</html>

I'll leave that API key active for now (in case anyone wants to test).

I'd expect a static map to the SAP America headquarters, but instead all i'm getting is an error (when i look using Developers tools)

Failed to execute 'postMessage' on 'DOMWindow': The target origin provided ('https://mashup-us.sapbydesignmashups.com') does not match the recipient window's origin ('https://myXXXXXX.sapbydesign.com').

How would i fix this - i've simplified it as much as possible, but it still will not load within the screens i add it to (or even preview). The error message appears to indicate a problem on the ByDesign side - is this the case or am i just missing something?

Thanks!

Edit: also, for clarification, i am using HTTPS (the https://maps.googleapis.com/ transmits HTTPS), so that not the issue.
