SAP B1 9.0 , Activity Overview Report to an external email

Hello Everyone,

Can someone please tell me how I could set up the SAP Activity reports so that we could receive these reports via email each day rather than manually entering the system to view them?

I would really appreciate anyone's assistance with this.
