Sample file for physical inventory upload by MI34

Hi SAP gurus,

I am trying to do physical inventory upload by mi34.

my question is how to create upload file or logical file in format ?

I have created template for logical file in excel and enter values and saved it as .txt. as per BISEG .

But my query is every field is need to be filled?

Or keep blank those field which is not required?

What should be the delimiter? Because after cg3Z it tooks ##?

There is a field physical inventory document number - is it compulsory?

But as per my understanding we are not suppose to enter this as it is created by system?

e.g Tcode field have lengh 20- So how do I put that in file 0000000000000000MI04 or what?

If anyone can give sample txt file?

My file is got created and displayed in AL11 but there is no entry in table T159I.

Then what went wrong? Is it file format error or what?

Why are you asking the same question again without even changing its content to show that you read the blog? you are asking questions which are clearly answered in that blog and its comments.

Is it really needed that you get your personal answers if the same can be found in existing content in SCN?
