Does applicant tracking is possible in e-recruitment??
We are using posting channels and posting some of the jobs to external vendors like Monster. So, if a candidate when applies to our job posting using the link from Monster, how we would know from SAP, that he has applied using the Monster job link. While filling the application, if candidate fills applicant source as monster then we can look at HRP5132 and know that he is from Monster. but if he overlooked or if he has filled it with other information, then we may not find it from data. Can we default or hard-code the Applicant source say like 'Monster' by default in his application?
