Process order confirmation: No error message while operation sequence not adhered to

Hi,

In OPK4 I have maintained "E: Error when operation sequence is not adhered to" for process order type. But while confirming system allow me to confirm 0040 without confirming 0020.

Now If I confirm eg-200 qty in 0020 phase system is allowing me to confirm 1000qty in 0040 operation. I know it can be controlled by BADI/ enhancement. Is there any standard config for that?

Eg- Process order qty=1200  1st operation 0020 confirmed qty=480, 2nd operation 0040 yeild qty is coming 1200 not confirmed Qty 480

Check in the master recipe level,whether a relationship(such as FS,SS,FF,SF) and Finish Start exists,if

not maintain the same and then check in COR6N and update.

Config is correct. Also please check the control key. Change the control key into Confirmation required if any control key set with confirmation not required or milestone confirmation.

Check the settings in OPJB for the message no RU117 and RU 442 and then check the impact in

COR6N, whether this will suit your requirement or not.

Thanks for your reply. I have set this error message but it is not work with COR6N. System is allowing more than confirmed qty in 2nd operation. Eg- 0020 operation confirmed qty 100, in 0040 system allowing qty500.
