EIC in HCM forms and Processes

Hi Team,

We are in a process of developing a report program where in we will show list of activities as output.

These list of activities are processes (HCM forms and processes) initiated as EIC agent. we are trying to find the relationship between Activity No. in the EIC and the reference number in HCM forms and processes when form is submitted.

We got one table 'SCMG_T_CASE_ATTR' in which we can view the case id using guid id for the case type 'E_AC' and 'H_PO' for the activity/process initiated. But we are not able to find the relationship between the case id.

Could please let us know tables where the relationship can viewed.
