error Not enough quota for absence type leave on xx.xx.xxxx

Dear Team

We are facing leave request error while employee applies a leave in Portal, even though enough quota is available to the employee, in R/3 it's working fine without any error

Please suggest

HI ,

Please check  any un approved leaves ( which are in sent status )  are available in the system . You can check this through Transaction code PTARQ  and give the employee code and there you can see the leave status .

Hi,

Please check the table V_554S_O whether the screen number is maintained as 2001 for the absence type. Also check whether correcnt counting and deduction rules are assigned to the absence along with validty and deduction interval.

Hi,

There may be a case that Quota is available but Valid from different Date..say (1.1.2014 to 31.12.9999) & you are applying leave on a date say 31.1.2013... when previous year quota has been exhausted...

I've already checked Validity & deduction to & from dates in IT2006, it working fine from R/3 when i try to apply leave from IT2001.

we have screen number 2001 & deduction rule---->counting rule--->absence type assignment also also fine, bcz leave is deducting in IT2006 correctly when we applied from backend.

I've already checked unapproved leaves which are in sent status (Red color) marked in calender.

but there are no leaves and i 've checked in PTARQ display document also, but not found any record from 18.04.2014 to 18.05.2014, but it available in PTREQ_ATTABSDATA table..
