Control access for price master data

Dear All,

The requirement is to have control access to purchase and sales price data.

The requirement will be,

1. For all of purchase price display and download function, each sales division can only access or see the price for their products,

the products are grouped according to material group.

2. For all of sales price display and download function, each sales division can only access or see price for their products,

we may use material group and customer price group to have this control.

Please let me know your thoughts.

Hi,

   If you want display authorization based on material division in PO as well as sales order, then there is no standard authorization / configuration method as of my knowledge. You may go for development to achieve the same.

Hi,

You may use authorization object M_MATE_WGR to control material master access material group wise. (Create / display / report). Provide specific material groups access to required users only.

I don't want to make any changes in pricing procedure and this will not help for purchase price.

Please go through authorization matrix...

Check the object which is suggested by Sudeep...

Otherwise you can create your own authorization matrix as per your criteria.. You need to contact youe basis consultant to create a new authorization matrix...
