Never change to DLV Status config option

Hi Folks,

Is there a option in the /spro configuration where we can set something saying never change the status to "DLV".

If so can you please tell me the path where i can do the change in configuration, the steps needed please...

Hi Sandeep

The customizing to change status is BS22. Please observe that any change on BS22 is considered by SAP as a modification and it may lead to side-effects and inconsistencies on the order statuses.

I cannot provide you the steps neede because I have never tried to do that. Also, it does not seems to be reasonable to me never having the status DLV.What is your business requiremend behind that?

Hi Caetano,

The main problem is there are few orders that are in delivered status after the month end financial report is calculated and the system is losing the WIP.

So we wanted to check if we can do change the DLV status so there are no problem calculated the WIP.

Hello

There is a simple way to remove the status DLV. If you remove the flag 'Delivery completed' from the production order, the status will also be removed.

This flag and the status DLV is automatically set by the system. Check note 1857198 for more details

According to this note, you can use BAdI WORKORDER_GOODSMVT to remove this indicator.
