Help regarding Form-16 (Indian Payroll)

Hi Friends,

I am working in Indian Payroll.

I got problem in the Form-16, while the Employee left the company on 30.04.2013 in the form-16 it is showing whole year salary (i.e., /416 - Gross amount), if any employee is left on 22.05.2013 it is showing April + 22 days of may salary correctly. Any one please specify what i have to do for this.

for this employee April salary + May salary = (37752+ 26791.75 = 64543.75)

This Employee April salary = 35386 /-

And in Page 3 where i have to mention these Tax deduction details in the system.

Thanks and Best Regards,

    Hi

The reason for showing the /416 value for full year is the separation/Leaving action have executed after processing the payroll for April, If the Payroll was processed after executing the separation Action the wage type /416 will show only for April.

    TRY WITHE THE FOLLOWING PROCEDURE.

Put some value eg.0.5 in any wage type in Infotype 0015.

Go to pu03, maintain the payroll run up to column as current payroll date

    Configure new payroll area

shift the Employee in to new payroll area

    process the payroll

all the previous values will be overwritten to new values

Form 16 will show correct values

    Regards
