how to transfer test tenant solution into production tenant.

Hello everyone,

     I have made my customize solution on my test tenant into SAP cloud development studio, and I am going to upload this solution on Production tenant system it was generated successful my solutions on Production tenants and activated successfully on production tenant system .

     then i am going check my customize changes on production tenant it is not showing on my production tenant system.

what will i do for my changes need transfer on production tenant.

Please help us.

Hi Smita,

Please read the topic "Lifecycle Management for Customer-Specific Solutions on a

Customer's Test Tenant" from the SDK document(help.sap.com/sdk).

If you already have uploaded your solution into production just refresh and check the status.

Then after successful deployment of solution you need to scope the new solution(from Business configuration).

As Sunil said, you need to perform your solution scoping to see changes

Alessandro,

Even after performing the required scoping : bringing in the custom solution in scope, the changes are not visible on the production tenant. Any possible error from our side ? Also, the test tenant version upgraded to 1411 and production is still on 1408 but at the time of scoping and not deployment. Deployment was successfully done before when both tenants were on same version. Could this version mis-match be causing the issue ?

Any help will be highly appreciated.

No, this is not possible.

Make sure that you are testing with a business users (without PDI authorizations)

Yes. I do see the changes in the SDK. I have also cross checked for the user role. It is a Business User with no PDI authorizations.

Dear Smita,

You need to create a patch, simply by clicking a button on the administrative toolbar. Once you're done making changes, you have to again go through the entire process of assemble, download and upload on production server to be able to see those changes in the production system.

     Thanks for quick reply but I have already done these process and customize solution also uploaded on production tenant system through SDK development studio.

But whatever changes i have done on test system those changes i am unable to see on production tenant system after activation done.
