Hi,
Suppose if I block browser through afaria, the browser gets invisible. does the services of the browser run in background or they are stopped???

I am assuming that you disabled the app using disable/enable policy. In the settings>applications manager>downloaded/running; you can see that the services of apps which are disabled are not running.

I guess that only the app is hidden/disabled. Because you can download another browser app and this will work.
