Pro Forma aus mehreren Aufträgen

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,

ich bin auf der Suche einer Lösung mit Crystal Reports 2011.

Folgendes Problem:

Für einen Kunden sind mehrere Aufträge vorhanden. Aus verschiedene Aufträgen soll jetzt ein, oder mehere Artikel in eine Pro Forma

ausgesucht werden. Dabei ist die Menge in der Pro Forma nicht aus dem Auftrag!

Bin soweit, das ich die Auftragsnr. Menge und Artikelnr aus einer Excel Tabelle hole.

auch die Pro Forma ist als Crystal Report schon fertig. Wie kann ich beide verknüpfen, so dass ich eine Pro Forma erhalte mit den Angaben

aus der Excel Tabelle! Der Preis/ Stck soll aus der SQL-Datenbank kommen.

Für Vorschläge wäre ich dankbar

Dear Sirs,

i want to create a Pro Forma invoice from serveral orders. The data are in an excel sheet, where

the orderno., row and the quantity are inside! No Problem to get them into a report.

But how can i get further information out of the SQL Database and match them with the data from the excel sheet?

Hi Oliver,

Go to the Database Expert and connect to the SQL Server database. Add the required table and Join it to the existing table. CR will throw a warning - ignore it.
