Split column wise

HI Experts,

I have a report in which i need to display respective amounts column-wise. The point is I could not accomodate all the columns in a single page so I want the split up the columns into multiple lines so if any one done this before please pass your inputs.

Hi Rama,

you can either define 2 structures and use single cell definitions,

or yyou have to create several queries, each containing some of the columns.

My reports are assiging in the portal so user all columns unable to display in one page if it possible split the columns which is asked by user.

If you need to display the all columns in one page in portal then you can do this by changing the parameters in Web Template.

I have done this before and it works.Their is a step by step document avaialble which gives you the complete walkthrough.

Pelase check the same.

Thank you very much for your reply and here lot of changes happening because BO-crystal  consultant asking to BI consultant these type of requirement and i have one more changes and want display same data  display 2 times like below mentioned.

Empid KF1 KF2 KF3

E100  10 11  12

E101   10 11 12

E102   10  11 12

E103   10  11 12

and above mentioed same data need to be repeated .

E101   10 11 12

E102   10  11 12

E103   10  11 12

HI,

BO-crystal reports are using our bex reports so one of my colleague asking this requirement as per user formatting.

and i suugested creating the 2 reports and he saying not suitable his requirement if any ideas on this please pass your inputs.
