Hi,
I have corrected the issue.
Reason: SAP Router certificate is expired. so i renew the certificate and tested the connection. It's working good.

Hello Kishor,
Please find attached reference SAPOSS connection details.
In the message Server you need to give the details of sapserver 2 / 3 along with your SAP Router details.
Example : /H/<IP Adesss of u r router>/S/sapdp99/H/194.39.131.34/S/sapdp99/H/oss001
Do not forget to provide Logon & Security Details
Default Password is " CPIC"
